PETER RONY: 1939-2019

•      I honor my brother,Professor of Chemical Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute for three decades, B.S. Caltech, Ph.D. University of California at Berkeley,. Growing up in a small family–just us two and our parents– Peter was my rock, and the family dynamics were always at the center of our conversations. We co-authored the Domain Name Handbook: High Stakes and Strategies in Cyberspace but his seminal work was a series of BugBooks on microprocessor technology in the 1970s. His greatest achievement was a 57-year marriage and devotion to his five children and seven grandchildren.
