DOMAINHANDBOOK.COM Recognizing the ever-evolving nature of the Internet, this website was created as a companion to The Domain Name Handbook: High Stakes and Strategies in Cyberspace, a comprehensive and practical history of the domain name system published in 1997. The industry expanded to a point where it was difficult to keep current with the changing policies, protocols, initiatives and controversies. The website was archived in 2003. MARINSCHOOLS.ORG --> Emergency Services These web pages were developed for the Marin County Office of Education to provide an effective Model Emergency Management Plan for school districts and resources to improve emergency response procedures.
